Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to BuyMore in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Returns are limited to one item per order.
• Bulk orders are not eligible for returns under this policy. Please contact support@buymore.com.co for assistance with bulk orders.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank and credit card company first, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@buymore.com.co.
Exchanges for Defective Items
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective item for the same product, please email us at support@buymore.com.co.
